What are the most common failures Kia Rio and how to solve them?

Kia Rio - ALL MODELS
Issue - Creaking from the front suspension when driving over lying cops.
Cause - Moving between the front shock absorber bar and the upper front suspension bearing.
Repair - Pull the shock absorber rod protection down. Apply sealant to the upper outer edge of the shock absorber rod protection and install.

Kia  Rio - ALL MODELS
Issue - Creaking from the rear suspension on uneven surfaces or while driving over lying cops.
Cause - Rear shock absorber upper bearing wear.
Repair - Replace the rear shock absorber rear bearing rear bearing and the washer. Repeat the process for the opposite side.

Kia Rio - ALL MODELS WITH POWER STEERING
Issue - Incorrect sound from the power steering rack when turning the steering wheel.
Cause - Insufficient lubrication of the oil sealing ring on the input shaft of the power steering rack during production.
Repair - Replace the oil seal on the power steering rack input shaft.

Kia Rio - ALL MODELS WITH AUTOMATIC GEARBOX
Issue - Error codes related to solenoid change valve 3. are stored faster in the error memory.
Cause - Defective transmission solenoid valve.
Repair - Insert new gear shift solenoid valve. Note; the transmission shift solenoid valves must be paired.

Kia Rio - ALL MODELS WITH VALVE PHASE ADJUSTMENT
Issue - Restless idle, engine shaking and restless.
Cause - Exhaust Valve Position (CMP) Actuator Internal Fault.
Repair - Check the operation of the camshaft position actuator (CMP) and the resistance of the camshaft position actuator (CMP). Resistance Required: 6,7-7,9 ohms. Modify if necessary.
