The advancement of technology in the auto industry has led the average car to have more electronics. Sensitivity often creates problems, and instead of replacing it, the solution is many times the cheaper repair, even of those components that you thought had no cure.

Almost every car owner has had bad experiences with at least one electronic car component, be it engine computer, airbags, ABSor a dashboard display.

The newer and more modern the car, the participation of electronic circuits is increasing.

In general, most problems are with the computers of the "Opel" and "Fiat" engines, primarily due to the poor position on certain models, so they suffer due to excessive heat and vibration. As more and more car manufacturers decide to save when it comes to engine computers, they are resorting to a hybrid type of computer. They take up much less space, and their electronic components are cheaper because they are integrated into the board and sealed. This is why it is often thought that repairing such computers is not possible. Their reparation is several times cheaper than purchasing a new part and, most importantly, it is permanent and without complaints.

The situation is similar with "Renault" airbag computers that also control pyrotechnic belt tensioners. Impact holes can often trigger the activation of only one of the safety components in a passive and active safety system. This causes the airbag lamp to "light up" even though it is not activated. Even if they are, after their replacement, it is necessary to change the computer, it is already possible to reprogram it at a much lower price compared to a new one.

When it comes to ABS control panels, the drivers of "BMW", "Audi" and "Volkswagen" have the most problems with them. Expensive cars are not immune to problems, so "Mercedes" often have a problem with the contact lock, which is very sensitive due to its complexity. Instead of replacing the new one, the electronics technicians in the service bring the old one back to life without any problems.

Another problem that occurs with the model of this brand is the entry of water into the module of lights and lights, the so-called "last alone". The repair is very successful, as in the case of the "Bosch Pump" electronics at Opel with 1,7 diesel engines.

There is also a frequent breakdown of foils in the seats of Fiat and Mercedes. The task of these foils is to register the presence of a passenger in the seat to alert the seat belt. The safest thing is repairing them, not eliminating them because they have a security function.

Problems are also successfully solved with models that have digital instrument panels, such as the "Renault Senik", but also with luxury "Mercedes" which professionally and conveniently change special neon backlight bulbs of the instrument panel.

The latest problem drivers face is related to DPF particulate particulate filters in the latest generation diesel cars. The life span of these filters is not small, but is still limited.

With more and more DPF filters in use, problems start to occur over time, and replacements can cost several thousand euros each, since they contain precious materials.

At the same time, thefts of DPF filters are increasing due to their high value. Car owners are often unable to replace such a filter, so it avoids completely eliminating it from the exhaust system.

This way, the car no longer meets Euro 5 but Euro 4 emission standards, which is still environmentally friendly. In order for the DPF filter bridging to be performed, it is necessary to reprogram the engine computer to function properly, and this is exactly the kind of operation performed by the auto electronics service.
