PROBLEM - The rear window heater does not work.
CAUSE - Multifunction control module software error.
REPAIR - Check components, electronics and mechanics to eliminate other possible causes. If no error is found: reprogram the control module with the upgraded software.
Audi Q5 - PETROL MODELS
PROBLEM - Unusual noise from the coolant pump space, at idle.
CAUSE - Air in the cooling system.
REPAIR - Bleed the cooling system several times. Start the engine. If noise is still present: replace the coolant pump.

PROBLEM - Engine Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illuminates. The engine pulls poorly.
CAUSE - Software error engine computer (ECM).
REPAIR - Check components, electronics and mechanics to eliminate other possible causes. If no error is found: reprogram the control module with the upgraded software.
Audi Q5 - DIESEL MODELS
PROBLEM - The engine does not start hard or at all.
CAUSE - Defective heaters.
REPAIR - Check the electrical installation and if it is correct, install new heaters.

PROBLEM - Squealing from the front brakes when braking.
CAUSE - Defective disc pad / disc brake lining material.
REPAIR - Install modified front brake set, no. 8R0 698 998 A.

PROBLEM - The automatic closing of the rear door does not work.
CAUSE - Multifunction control module software error.
REPAIR - Check components, electronics and mechanics, to eliminate other possible causes. If no error is found: reprogram the control module with the upgraded software.
Audi Q5 - KEYS WITH NO KEY ENTRANCE
PROBLEM - Occasionally triggered by an alarm siren.
CAUSE - Defective keyless entry system sensor (s).
REPAIR - Check components, electronics and mechanics to eliminate other possible causes. If no error is found: reprogram the control module with the upgraded software. Install the modified keyless entry system lock sensors.
Audi Q5 - MODELS WITH AUTOMATIC GEARBOX AND MANUAL SWITCHING POSSIBILITY
PROBLEM - It is not possible to change gear manually. The message 'Gearbox complaint! Journey can be continued '.
CAUSE - ASM Transmission Control Module Software Error.
REPAIR - Check for damaged, contaminated, or improperly installed parking sensors. Replace / repair parts as needed. Install the upgraded ASM transmission control module software.
