Issue - Noise from the steering column when driving on bad roads.
Cause - Insufficient lubrication of the contact surfaces between the engine drive gear.
Repair - Apply a thin layer of lubricant to the contact surfaces of the EPS motor drive gear and steering column.
Issue - Unreliable and poor EPS performance.
Cause - Hydraulic pump motor overheating when the steering wheel is in full swing. Safety thermal protection partially deactivates the EPS system.
Repair - Check the error codes and delete if necessary.
Issue - Restless work and idle idle turns.
Cause - Soot deposits in the idle speed control actuator (ISC).
Repair - Clean idle speed actuator (ISC).
