PROBLEM - Knocking from the rear suspension.
CAUSE - Loose rear rear lower arm safety bolt.
REPAIR - Replace the outer retaining bolts on both lower rear suspension arms to 152-157 Nm.

PROBLEM - Knocking from the rear suspension.
CAUSE - Loose rear oscillating shoulder safety bolts.
REPAIR - Remove one rear oscillating shoulder safety bolt. Thoroughly clean the rear hub and safety bolt threads. Lubricate the thread with Loctite 2701, install the screw and tighten to 44-54 Nm. Repeat the procedure on the remaining 3 screws and then for all 4 on the other side.

PROBLEM - Creaking from the front suspension when driving over ‘lying cops’ at low temperatures.
CAUSE - Moves between the front shock absorber rod protection and the upper front suspension bearing.
REPAIR - Pull the shock absorber rod cover down. Apply sealant to the upper outer edge of the shock absorber rod protection and mount the shock absorber.

PROBLEM - The instrument panel gauges occasionally fall to the starting position. The daytime running lights flicker occasionally.
CAUSE - Instrument panel control module error.
REPAIR - Install the modified instrument panel. The modified instrument panel is marked with a green dot.

PROBLEM - Difficult to engage gears.
CAUSE - Defective clutch master hydraulic cylinder.
REPAIR - Install the modified clutch master cylinder. Bleed the clutch hydraulic system.

PROBLEM - The clutch pedal slowly returns to the fully released position.
CAUSE - Improper clutch pedal.

    Hello, I have a question about the clutch pedal, it is terribly too hard (my leg hurts from driving) and it only receives at the top of the clutch pedal release. This is a 35 Hyundai ix2011 petrol vehicle.
