Ford Fiesta (2009 - 2019) - problems and breakdowns

Problem - Error Indication of DTC B2308 - Vehicle Temperature Sensor Fan.
Cause - Software error in air conditioning control module.
Repair - Reprogram the air conditioning control module.
Problem - Improper engine start, the engine failure indicator (MIL) illuminates.
Cause - Fault in spark plugs, bobbin or high voltage cables.
Repair - Replace spark plugs, check for cracks / damage to the coil and high voltage lines, and replace if necessary.
Problem - Exhaust black smoke, poor engine performance, excessive fuel consumption, start-up error.
Cause - Excessive fuel leakage from injectors.
Repair - Test the injectors for fuel leaks, let the engine idle for 5 min, after 5 minutes the correct fuel leaks should be 10-30 ml on each injector. Replace defective fuel injector (s).
Problem - Strong black smoke from the exhaust, poor engine operation, the engine malfunction indicator light is on.
Cause - The engine computer needs a software upgrade, blocked EGR valve.
Repair - Install modified EGR valve. Install the upgraded engine computer software, version B44 or later. Access the engine computer error memory (ECM) and clear the error codes.
Problem - Loss of electric power steering (EPS).
Cause - Water inlet to the electric power steering pump (EPS).
Repair - The electrical installation assembly 1502032 1 and the electric power steering pump (EPS) need to be replaced. Install a new electric power steering pump (EPS), install a new additional electrical installation assembly. Connect the electrical installation assembly under the battery holder. Check the diagnostic error codes and clear if necessary.
