• Startup error, instrument panel not working. Corrosion / paint at the point of mass. Disconnect the battery ground line, remove the battery ground line from the ground point. Clean the battery ground connector and put in a clamp. Tightening torques: 12-18 nm. Apply a silicone sealant to the battery mass connection. Delete stored error codes.

Cause - Disc pads vibrate in pliers.
Repair - Put mufflers on the rear brake pliers.

Issue - Electronic Stability Program (ESP) indicator illuminates.
Cause - Faulty clutch pedal position switch (CPP).
Repair - Replace the clutch pedal position switch (CPP).

Repair - Disconnect the battery ground line, remove the battery ground line from the ground. Clean the battery ground connector and put in a clamp. Tightening torques: 12-18 nm. Apply silicone sealant to the battery ground connection. Erase stored error codes.

Issue - The Engine Malfunction Indicator (MIL) illuminates.
Cause - Engine Computer Software (ECM) error.
Repair - Test electronics and mechanics components and replace defective ones if necessary. Re-program the engine computer (ecm) with the upgraded software.
